概要

  • Prepare all documents for Tenders.
  • Prepare Bids, Technical Statement, Financial Statement, Specification Equipment, Comparison
  • Statements, Annexure A, Purchase Order, Payment Request Etc.
  • Drafting Routine letters and maintaining paper and electronic files, creating presentations and reports.
  • Make Project Financing & Financial Appendix Annexure.
  • Make All Documents for LG (Credit Limits), Bank Guarantee, Performance Guarantee for Government, Private Sector or Any Organization.
  • Bank Reconciliation, Balance Sheet, Ledger System, 5 Vouchers systems, Account Cell System.
  • All Cash Input & Output Ledger for audit Purpose, Account Heads Expenses Ledger.
  • Maintain Monthly & Annual Tax Record, CPR & Tax Returns, Withholding Tax Etc.
  • Perform Internal Audit, & External Audit for company & any projects.
  • Responding to various issues and inquiry from managers and employees.
  • Maintaining employee records and monthly payroll on through cash & Banks.
  • Maintain salaries Tax records according to latest slab rate.
  • Furnishing any kind of stationery requirement of employees. Ordering and maintaining stock of stationery and other office supplies.
  • Perform a variety of executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
  • Prepare, modify and distribute documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies.
  • Evaluating new office products placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Records for attendance, increments and renewal of contracts.
